A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
add database connection successful
add database connection fail
1.Click test link is ok
2.click save button is error
3.edit the database connection is error
4.when I add dataset, can show hive databases successful, but when I select tables, will error
5.my hive metastore log
6.docker container log

browser type and version: chrome
superset version: superset version
superset version
python version: python --version I used Docker to load it
python --version
node.js version: node -v
node -v
I used Docker to load it
any feature flags active:

This still a problem in Superset 3.x? Tempted to close this thread out as stale.
+1, try upgrading pyhive and let us know if the issue was addressed. Please reopen is the issue persists.
