Start superset

@IKkSssDendi @asafcombo @boomballa connecting other users that are using clickhouse but experiencing different issues. hope you can help out other's questions. 🙏

For me, I can connect to ClickHouse using SQL Lab and the queries run fine. But when I try to define a dataset, the "Add" button never enables (it's always greyed out). I'm just using the default local install of ClickHouse and my connection string looks like clickhouse+native://[email protected]/covid19 (but I have tried dozens of different variants and none seem to work).

I'm not sure if my issue is related to this one, but thought I would share.

...and I just discovered that if I run Superset outside of Docker (just locally in a venv) then everything works as expected. So perhaps there is an issue with the Docker images or containers.

I was running into a similar issue, with the same error, with superset running on fargate on AWS. It seems like it was related to xzkostyan/clickhouse-sqlalchemy#127, after installing clickhouse-sqlachemy from github master the error went away.

Good tip - I tried it out, but nothing changed. Still unable to create a new dataset in Superset because the "ADD" button is greyed out.
