Even if I understand Python 3.9 isn't officially supported, I tried to install
1.1.0
on it to run the tests. I failed to install the dependencies due to outdatedpsycopg
version.Indeed, we require
psycopg2-binary==2.8.5
while from this comment:Expected results
Be able to install the testing dependencies on Python 3.9.

Bump the
psycopg2-binary
requirement to ≥2.8.6
