Cannot upload/download for some folders in a project

What happened

Some folders the "upload" and "download" are greyed out. The project syncronises files on save without issue (so it's not a lack of FTP configuration etc)

How to reproduce

• Right click on a folder (upload enabled)
• right click on a different folder in the same project (with PHP files inside) (upload not enabled)
