Stability Test for DS

Stability Test is important to measure the key metric of a system, the same is true for DS.
Now I think there is some key metric to test:

• Task completion rate, num of success tasks / num of total tasks * 100%;
• Task throughput, such as how many tasks can start and finish per min;
• Completion time of task, for a task, it's completion time = taskInstance.endTime - taskInstance.startTime
• Service metrics, such as CPU、Memory、GC、Network IO、Disk IO;
