[Feature] Please add German keyboard to VM console

The required feature described as a wish

As a User, Admin and Operator, I would like to use a German keyboard layout in the VM Remote Console. This helps prevent typing errors, especially when entering passwords.

Sorry, I forgot to mention that. We use KVM.
To be more specific, we mainly use Windows VMs. Most of them are English installations with the “German” keyboard layout.
It seems that direct input works correctly, but when using the clipboard function, for example, the letters Y and Z, etc., are swapped.
That's often a problem with automatically generated initial passwords.

We are currently using ACS version 4.22.1.1
