Backup Repository Mount Option goes away in UI but setting are saved in 4.22

problem

After adding mount options like “ac” to a backup repository during creation or editing, saving the changes and reopening the edit page removes the options. However, the updated mount options are encoded in the mount_opts field of the backup_repository table.

versions

ACS version 4.22

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Create a NFS backup repository
2. enter a mount options "ac"
3. turn on cross-zone instance creation
4. click ok to save
5. Reopen the backup repository setting
6. mount options gone.
   ...
