Installing Cloudstack Usage after configuring Cloudstack.

Hi,
I installed Cloudstack Usage after configuring Cloudstack. The installation and startup were successful, the configuration file /etc/cloudstack/usage/db.properties is configured correctly, connection to the cloud_usage database is established, and global parameters are set. The problem is that when the job starts, I get:

Can Cloudstack Usage be installed after, or does it need to be installed before creating the database?
