UI still shows old disk offering after changing volume disk offering #10950
Description
problem
After changing volume disk offering from Small to Custom (10GB), volume details still shows Small Disk, 5GB. But size shows as 10GB.
Also, the change offering message shows "message.change.offering.for.volume.processing" instead of a proper text.
