Automatic VLAN Assignment in sequential Order?

Hey CS Community,

is it possible that Cloudstack assign the VLANs in sequential Order? (VLAN/VNI Range)
And can i define which VLANs are dedicated to a specific customer?

AFAIK cloudstack allocates first free vlan from the range assigned. But does not guarantee strictly sequential vlan assignment.
