Combining charts with imagination: SmartBoard

SmartBoard aims to solve chart dashboarding based on AVA recommendations.

The input of SmartBoard is the meta-information of a set of charts, which contain insight types and scores (optional). Then it will calculate the correlation between each of the charts. Thus it outputs a Chart Graph structure as shown in the figure below.

In the Chart Graph structure, each circle represents a visualization, the size of the circle represents the insight score and the importance of the node in the graph, the edges between the circles indicate the existence of correlations between the charts and the thickness of the edges indicates the importance of such correlations.
