Claude code actions logs should be human readable and clearly show what commands Claude run and their output

Currently Claude actions logs a lot of json and unrelated things in the job run and it’s impossible to debug why something goes wrong

Now Claude actions logs thinks tsc runs successfully in my codebase but it does not, i have no way to understand why Claude thinks it run successfullly

My problem was that Claude did not have access to Bash but my comment asked to run tsc, these problems should be reported back to Claude issues and be shown clearly in logs

Alternatively, it should expose stdout/stderr through jobs.<job_id>.outputs so that we can format it ourselves
