CLI tool inspired by create-nuxt-app

I've used Vitesse and some of its variations a few times now, and I feel like none of them have ever had the perfect set of features for the projects I've created. Some of them have too many features that I never use, others have too few, and I end up having to install and setup what I need.

With that in mind, I'd like to suggest creating a tool like https://github.com/nuxt/create-nuxt-app. It has a guided setup that lets you choose which features you'd like to have in your project. Something like create vitesse app, that lets you choose between the pages plugin, layout plugin, icons, i18n, choose between tailwind/windicss, etc.

I'd like to discuss more and write some proof of concept code, and generally help out with a tool like this.
