Add ability to include arguments in application.yaml

Currently each script defined in the application.yaml can only have a single script name and no arguments. The only way to pass arguments to a script is to wrap it in an outer script that passes those arguments. It would be great if those arguments could be provided directly in the application.yaml configuration file.
