find_small_faces should have an area option and a width option

📝 Description of the feature

A user should be able to specify an area and width for find_small_faces.

💡 Steps for implementing the feature

find_small_faces currently only takes a body list. But a user might need more control, we should allow an area and width option to be passed. If they aren't set we can use the defaults picked based on the geometry
