Updated Documentation for namespace limitations and review timeline #3206

Bug Report

SUMMARY

Docs do not reflect the limitation that namespaces have, it states that a minimum of 2 is needed when in reality, the minimum is 3.

We also need to update the review timeline from 1-2 to days to a 5 business days.
