allow torchie to be used as assistant

some phones have hardware assistant button build into it. android let users assign assistant app to this button, but only few (google voice something and firefox in my case) are listed as compatible with this feature. would it be possible if torchie pretends to be such assistant application? this would be really something! and for many users that would mean they can have that hardware button useful again :) thank You
