Running in RMUX: terminal unresponsive after /exit

Description

Terminal becomes unresponsive after /exit when running opencode inside RMUX on Windows native.
Works fine in WSL (Ubuntu). So this is specific to Windows native RMUX.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start rmux on Windows: rmux new -s test
2. Run opencode: opencode
3. Type /exit to quit
4. Shell becomes unresponsive - cursor blinks but cannot type any input

The shell only recovers after closing the terminal window.
Same setup works fine in WSL.
Also tested with all plugins disabled - same result.
