Specify simple queries from clients to single node consensus.
This can be implemented with the simplest point to point connection, and should take TransactionRequests, or similar, as payloads.

Update: This is mostly a duplicate of #137, which is being worked on currently.

need more info what this entails exactly. i'm not familiar with consensus, that's what @heindel and @isheff worked on before for specs v1, as part of the ordering machine

The title metiones simple P2P queries: consensus does not have any notion of P2P and it should be transparent to consensus whether or not message routing was via a P2P or another kind of network.

Thus, now thinking twice about it, I wonder whether the question is rather about how a client would request a connection to the the single node (the one that happens to run single node consensus) to subsequently submit a transaction ordering request?

Alternatively, I could also imaginge that this issue is a request for an "abridged" version of the P2P protocol for the single node anoma instance? That would fit the general context of unblocking engineering.

@mariari maybe you can give a short use case of this one: who connects to whom to reach which goal by sending a "simple P2P query"?
