Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

At the moment contributors must setup locally if they want to contribute to BIT project. Unfortunately with the current architecture (partial integration of MS and BIT backend), setting up locally could become a challenge/a bit complex to some contributors.

Describe the solution you'd like

Having frontend application (BIT web) that can connect to BIT backend remote servers could help those contributors who want to contribute through reviewing/testing PRs or finding bugs on the existing code without having to setup the environment locally.

Describe alternatives you've considered
