Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently we don't show Code of Conduct, Terms & Privacy Policy on the register page.

Describe the solution you'd like

We should add links to these files or add a modal popup displaying these add a checkbox to ask user to accept .

Additional context

This has been implemented on bridge-in-tech project. More about it can be found here.
