feat(google-map): Support DOM elements (OverlayView) #29796

Description

Feature Description

Overlay Views have been in the official google maps API for more than 5 years https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/reference/overlay-view

They allow to add any custom element to the google map which is pretty powerful.
One of the use cases would be custom marker popups since <marker-info-window> is hardly customisable.

Currently we have pick a hacky approach with providing the popup content into the <map-advanced-marker> which doesn't seem a correct way.

P.S. Tell me if I can help with an implementation, I think I could help
P.P.S. I found a 5 years old feature request but it is totally unclear why it was closed actually
