Add support for position="down"

The library currently supports values "top" and "auto" of position attribute ("auto" being default).

Similar to how position="up" is handled, I'd like to be able to force dropdown show always under the input.

I'm willing to prepare a PR.

The position tag support up,down and auto. For now I don't see any reason why under should be added.

Hi, my bad for emphasizing the under word - it meant down, just as in the issue title.

You're right about position="down" being handled already - I must have missed the example which demonstrates positioning, and it wasn't clear to me from reading uiSelectDirective.js lines 320-322. Sorry.

While we're at the position, I feel that calculateDropdownPosAfterAnimation() method would be the one that makes dropdown go either up or auto, not respecting down. I'm wondering why it's different than non-animated positioning. Before closing the issue, can I prepare some plunkr just to verify? Thank you.

Sorry that is a question I cannot really answer. But i'm curious in the plunker you want to provide. Show me the plunker and i will have a look. (if you still want to verify it)
