Content move to right when you open a modal

Bug description:

When you click to open a modal, the content in background move a little bit to right. That's like the issue i opened in the past #5749 but now for the whole content.

I actually do not see it shift any - what operating system & browser are you seeing it on?

I finally took a look at this - this is seems to be a bug, but I don't think I will have the time to dive into why this is happening in the near term. If someone can figure this out and file a PR, I'm willing to merge it though.
