Discussion on failover deployment configurations. #825

I would like to open discussion on features I would like to have in generated server. They could include:
- Error interception - http://sandinmyjoints.github.io/towards-100-pct-uptime/#/6/3
- logging system with different log levels - require('winston') ?
- graceful shutdowns for failover and uptime version upgrades - http://blog.argteam.com/coding/hardening-node-js-for-production-part-3-zero-downtime-deployments-with-nginx/
