Question: Would the install-time delivery still violate the maximum size limitation?

Hi, Team:

I have one question about the app size limitation in Google Play Store. You know that the maximum size limits are: 150MB. If my app split into multiple dynamic features with the install-time delivery type.

  <dist:delivery>
    <dist:install-time />
  </dist:delivery>

My question is: With the install-time delivery type, whether my app will still violate the maximum file limitation?
