I've done the integration fo play asset pack delivery as per the documentation but unable to find a way to access the images from install asset pack in my native app.

Need help with this. Lot of thanks please help.

Does function AssetReadTextureFile not enough information for you?
Source at PlayAssetDelivery\NativeSample\Teapot\src\main\cpp\PlayAssetDeliveryUtil.cpp
