Summary:
The app deployed "www.boardspace.us" does not have a DNS entry for "boardspace.us".

Description:
This issue is related to DNS entry for the app. Some users may face problems when they don't append "www." to the URL. Most companies while deploying their app add DNS records for both root and "www.". There is one issue that the developers may face is that root of the domain cannot be a CNAME record. They will have to put in A record.

Severity:
Medium

Comments:
Similar issue when I try to get the "https" version of the app. The developers may need to put a redirect rule for this issue.
