Build.sh need to be modified when building for non-x86 platform #3

The following flags needs to be removed when building for a non-x86 platform (such as rasberry pi)

CFLAGS="-m32"
CXXFLAGS="-m32"

We have only tested the build script in Linux and Cygwin environments. Thank you for your understanding.
