[Feature Request]: add a launcher like the standard automatic1111 has

What would your feature do ?

please add a launcher like https://github.com/EmpireMediaScience/A1111-Web-UI-Installer for this ui. or help the guy doing that launcher to implement a dropdown to chose your ui in case they essentially work the same and its simply a matter of that. seems he is already up to implement such a feature some day but he also seems like he doesnt have much spare time to do it. i wouldnt want to use any ui without such a launcher anymore for its ease of installing, keeping everything up to date at bleeding edge including all extensions at startup and easy adding arguments or pathes and so on, which all enables me to get friends to use stable diffusion and id rather have em use this ui too. so please somebody look into this
