HAL subject header facets not hierarchical #62

The HAL subject headers is a taxonomy, so the count of documents for upper-level subject-header must be the sum of its children subject-headers.

For example with the INRIA publication set, total "info" should not be 428, but the sum of all info.* subject-headers and "info".
