Camera green Image

Hey, I have a Problem. Im trying to Use the Camera Feature to scan some QR Codes for Tomodachi Life. But Every Time i open the Camera another Window appears, where i can choose a pic of the QR code. And If i going back ingame its just a green Box thats showing up. It doesnt matter if I have set the Camera to still Image or Device Camera. Both same problem.

please help
