希望增加类似v1.x的额外命令，如刷新up主头像，或者是视频封面图等，因为发现有的封面会下载错误（可能是风控的原因，因为都是后面的视频容易出现，前面下载的没有），可能需要重新拉取一遍

嗯嗯，在考虑做个简单的前端塞进去，能预览数据库中的所有数据，把那些命令作为额外的功能按钮，或许能用起来简单一些。（遥遥无期）
