Add 'back to normal' alerts

It would be great there is a 'Back to Normal' alert that is sent when a System Alert or HealthCheck alert no longer meets the applied threshold. This would be in cases where there is a momentary spike which is resolved on it's own - with the 'Back to Normal' alert sent out, we won't be as panicky. Thanks!

I agree , it'll be a very usefull feature.

Also is it possible to limit email alerts per time, because while alert = true every minute a new mail arrives so if you havent checked the mail lets say for 30 minutes you will have 30 mails... Imagine if you saw it after 8 hours !
