Fix calculation of Items' affect on skills #367

Items (currently just Focusing Stone) only buff attributes and, because of how I calculate buffed skill levels, don't affect skills.

Ideas..

  • Consider changing how buffed levels get calculated
  • Try building out a helper function to calculate similar to cantripBonus for items
