On an image, you can translate the alt text and the caption, but not the copyright credit. For French and Spanish, this isn't really an issue as the copyright credit is usually just "© Name of Photographer". But in Arabic especially, it would be better to be able to have the name in Arabic.
An Arabic translator brought this up today, but it has been raised previously by other Arabic speaking users.
