Approach

Build CUA documentation as an SDK consumer first, documenting friction points and developer experience issues as they arise. This provides real-world validation of the SDK design.

Success Criteria

• Playbook exists in docs/playbooks/cua-agent/
• Documentation covers end-to-end usage
• Friction points are clearly documented
• Published and accessible on Mintlify site

Context

Playbook should be created incrementally as CUA is built, capturing the developer experience and friction points in real-time.
