cannot use yum install command to install freeipa related tools

Hi folks,
recently i was trying to launch new ec2 instance with amazon-linux-2023, and then try to enroll the new instance to my FreeIPA server, however the package is not available, which means i can not follow doc like https://www.howtoforge.com/how-to-install-freeipa-client-on-centos-7/ and cannot use below command to install ipa command:
sudo yum -y install freeipa-client ipa-admintools

would you please share your way to enable freeipa by using this AMI?
