Feature Request to have KMS permissions added to lambda role when using KVS with server side encryption and custom KMS key

When I setup the voicemail solution with KVS stream using custom KMS key, the KMS permissions are not added to the lambda role. This causes issues (empty audio file is generated) as the lambda cannot read the KVS data as they are encrypted with a custom key that lambda does not have permissions to.
