Hello,

I have reviewed the closed issues on this problem when using the customChatWidget code. I believe we are already using the connectChatAPI method as described, but are having a problem where the first time the widget is opened works great until the End Chat is selected. The widget starts to close then reopens with the spinner and stays that way until the browser tab is refreshed.

Where do we need to address this in the customChatWidget example?

Have you always had the issue or was this recent? Do you have persistent chat enabled and got 403 for /participant/connection requests just like the previous issues? Could you share your network log?
