Great tool, but could [MOD]-Enter be mapped to "open in new tab"? #129

Great tool.

The existing mapping of Enter to "open in this tab" makes perfect sense.

But could [MOD]-Enter be mapped to "open in new tab"?

So, it would be Shift-Enter or Ctrl-Enter on any platform, and/or Option-Enter on Mac and Alt-Enter on Windows.
