SPI: Allow current interface to use internal SD select line.

For statically assigned SPi interfaces it is useful to have the CS line controlled by the SPI hardware module. This was already done for XThunderCore at HW level.

Allow the software SPI library to use internal CS line, if requested.

This issue depends on HW implementation. TBD.
