Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The current system may not support RTL languages as well as LTR ones. We need to find a standard way to support both.

Describe the solution you'd like

Use logical properties and values.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Still looking.

Additional context

IE does not support logical properties, so this would be a breaking change.
