Works in GVim but not Vim - text colors aren't right in Vim #188

When I switch to light, it keeps the the colors from Solarized Dark and some of it is unreadable because the text was too light (i.e. bright yellow on white).

It works in a wired way for me in terminal Vim as well. I've selected polarized palatte in the launch-colorpicker.app, but the output is like:

I've fixed this by setting the following in my .vimrc:

set background=dark
let g:solarized_visibility = "high"
let g:solarized_contrast = "high"
let g:solarized_termcolors = 256
colorscheme solarized
