Do some desk research and talk to people from the community about how to make sure the event is run as inclusively as possible.

  • Accessible tool options (does it make sense for us to provide a few templates in different tools?)
  • Making contributions inclusive
  • etc

Anika will be available for questions about accessibility at the hackathon. Walk around and prompt people about accessibility if see something in their designs/prototypes that might need such a prompt.

Mental health first aiders available on the day of the event
Nicola Betz -contact via Slack, google, or phone (07413404744) and she can meet in the office at a location of their choice

confirmed we do have a quiet room at WCB, it is located by the Zone 3 area and it is first come first serve.
