Large amount of devices unable to install app after adding PhoneRTC

Hi,

After PhoneRTC has been added to my Ionic project, Google Play has decided that a lot of devices have inexplicably been denied the possibility of downloading the app. I can't seem to find some configuration that specifically sets this permission on the side of PhoneRTC, and I'm sure that there shouldn't be this restriction as some of devices I developed the app on have worked properly.

Is there something that I may be missing?
