run populate-vpm-steel cmd

• open costmodel
• wijzig een cell, de achtergrond kleur verandert
• click refresh button en kies voor keep changes
• de gewijzigde achtergrond kleur verwdwijnt en het is voor de gebruiker niet meet te zien wat hij gewijzigd heeft
