Add chain step to RolePattern and AssociationPattern

Example:

Now:
m.Organisation.RolePattern(v => v.TaxNumber, v => v.SalesInvoicesWhereShipToCustomer),
m.Organisation.RolePattern(v => v.TaxNumber, v => v.SalesInvoicesWhereBillToCustomer),

With step chaining:
m.Organisation.RolePattern(v => v.TaxNumber, v => v.SalesInvoicesWhereShipToCustomer || v.SalesInvoicesWhereBillToCustomer),

Or something that looks like this. This makes the pattern list smaller.
