Add rule to calculate OrganisationGlAccountBalance.Amount

Level 5 GeneralLedgerAcounts => Parent level 4 total should be total of all Level 5s

Example:

Level 5
BankAccount 1: 10 000
BankAccount 2: 5 000

Level 4
Total of BankAccounts is 15 000
