Still URL isn’t being passed through for some articles.

Hi,

This is regarding "stillUrl" isn’t being passed through for some articles for bright cove videos. I am using Apple news version 2.3.0. I am curious as to why articles are not showing the thumbnail image. From what I can see on our website, all videos have a still URL there. However the same articles that have still URLs on our website are not showing thumbnail on Apple News. Below are two examples:

Apple News link: I'm a mum-of-7 and a typical day isn't easy…my cleaning list is never ending

Web link: I'm a mum-of-7 and a typical day isn't easy…my cleaning list is never ending

Apple News link: I’m a mum of 34 kids at 23 - we sleep at 7pm but I’m up ALL night as they wake

Web link: I’m a mum of 34 kids at 23 - we sleep at 7pm but I’m up ALL night as they wake

Would you be able to look into why the still URL isn’t being passed through?

The Brightcove connection should be pulling the poster image via the API. I'll investigate further and get back to you.
